It's advice Jim, but not as we know it. How can hybrid advice work for a traditional advice firm?
Changing client expectations, the need to attract the next generation of advice clients along with increasing pressure to make productivity gains and keep fees competitive is changing the way advice firms do business. With Robo Advisers introducing humans behind the scenes and traditional advice and wealth management firms introducing digital capability we have seen a convergence of these approaches into a new way of delivering advice and service – Hybrid Advice.
But what does this really mean for traditional advice firms offering a high touch, personalised service and how could it work in practice? Tess will look at what hybrid advice could mean for your business and most importantly why humans - adviser and client - are pivotal in making this work and why you should not let computers run everything!
By the end of this session you should be able to:
Explain how the concepts of hybrid advice can be adapted for traditional advice firms.
Understand how digitisation does not mean giving up a personalised high touch client experience.
Apply some practical ideas to improve your client experience, reduce risk and better engage clients and advisers.
This content is accredited by the CII and is worth up to 1 hour CPD. Once you have watched the session you can send an email to events@nucleusfinancial.com requesting a CPD certificate which will be sent to you within 3 working days.

Nick Elston is one of the highest-profile and leading inspirational speakers on the lived experience of mental health.
Nick believes that in life, we can either let our adversities and our challenges, define us negatively for the rest of our lives…or…we can choose for it to forge something beautiful, something powerful – something that never would have existed without you going through your ‘stuff’ in the first place.
Described as a ‘BIG man, BIG heart, BIG story & BRUTAL honesty, Nick’s sessions are where mental health meets personal development – focusing not just on what anxiety is, but what anxiety does. How it keeps us in a comfort zone, stops us living life on our terms & ultimately how it affects our success by our own definition.
